i have a hp touchsmart that was running windows 7 and i loved it and i loved being able to hook up my cable and watch live tv on it but not it updated to windows 10 and now i cant find the tv tuner no where. How can i find it?

unmutting issue
Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I have not been able to log on to Windows Escape, Cortana, Bing, and I have no sound. This did not happen immediately, but about a month later. I am seeing the mute sign, but cannot left click on it. When I try to install sound in the manager device, It states that I have no plug in and no service. It also states that the sound is working properly. I have many trouble shooting approaches, first unintalling and reinstalling. The left click on the mouse will not work, only the right.

Word is not allowing me to edit docs

four year old deskjet printing error

intel x58 chipset driver update
Hi,
after adding 3x2 gb ram Micron ddr3 (in total 12gb on mobo) to my HP Pavilion Elite m9661pl , computer started restarting randomly on its own, so I decided to update Intel x58 chipset driver but Intel driver update utility failed I do not why?
my configuration:
CPU -Intel i7 -920
mobo- Pegatron Truckee
graphics - AMD/ATI Radeon HD4850
ram - 6GB DDR3
any help would be highly apreciated.

Created an external USB recovery drive and my WD external drive lost capasity from 2TB to 32 GB.
My HP Z1 Workstation, with an internal solid state drive C: and Windows 10 Professional, has 314 GB used space and 149 GB free. The filesystem is NTFS.
I used “WD My Passport Ultra”, 2 TB from Western Digital, with filesystem NTFS, to create an external USB recovery drive with Windows 10.
The system files, 4.45 GB, on my workstation was backed up to this external drive. When it was done "WD My Passport Ultra" had lost capacity from 2TB to 39GB and the file system on the external drive had changed to FAT32.
Will there be a problem to recover my HP Z1 Workstation, with filesystem NTFS, from the recovery drive with filesystem FAT 32 ?
Can I restore the capasity of the external drive ?

In trying to uninstall Webroot, I uninstalled some key programs. When I tried to restore to before
Yesterday (11/29/16) in trying to uninstall Webroot, I mistakenly uninstalled several other key programs.
When I tried to go back to prior to doing this and restore my settings to recapture these programs, a message popped up stating that this can't be done because my computer was updated 10days ago.

Hp Envy after fresh installation of windows 10 - Bois problem
I have my HP Envy
128 SSD - where the OS is installed
1TB HDD - for storage
I have it for quit a wile I had some sluggish performance, so I decided to do a cleen re-installation of Windows 10
after rebooting i go a Black screen, so I forced power of, I tried to restart agin and I couldn't boot even into BIOS, so I did a BIOS recovery with a USB Flash drive.
after rebooting it comes up
Intel(R) ...
RAID Volumes:
None defined
it then lists both of the drives as "Non-RAID Disks"
(press Ctrl I for options)
then I get an Error saying:
No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key
I tried to re-install windows with original CD's (Win 8) from HP but same results when boot up
what does that mean? does it supose to be RAID disk? I always had it as two seperated disks.

Update of WIN 10 causes problems
The systems starts blinking the Monitor after installing an update.
The following message was stated when updating:
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Radeon (TM) R7 Graphics - Error 0x8024ce2b
After a few boots/days the system seems to be operational again and in the update log I can see:
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Radeon R7 240
In the log I find many updates from
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics
and
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. driver update for AMD Radeon R7 240
How can I stop this or make it a correct update?

Can I replace my 685.5 GB Hard drive with a 12 GB one?
I have a Seagate Hard drive with 685.5 GB AND Processor 4GB Memory Computer Version 8,862.3.0 (6/29/2011) I have Windows 7 Home Service Pack 1
I don't want to upgrade to a newer version of Windows. I like Windows 7 just fine and don't need the headache of learning a new OS even if it didn't have all the glitches that I have been reading about.
I was thinking about applying for a work from home job and the computer requirements say that I need a computer with 12 GB Hard Drive.
Can I replace my current hard drive with a 12 GB one, assuming that I could find one? Is my computer too small?
Too old?
Also, I have a 12 GB HP Recovery Drive (D) with only 1GB Free. Is there any way to delete most of the info on the recovery drive (leaving only the most recent information,) to free up more space?

HD replaced, install os from recovery discs failed
I have an older HP Pavillion P6313. PC crashed, hard drive failure. Replaced HD and the CD/DVD Rom drive as both reported hardware failures. I made 3 recovery discs when I first got PC.
Inserted disc 1 and it loaded and was refomatting HD when process froze.
Do I now have to wipe the drive and start again with recovery discs?
Or, if the recovery disc 1 were corrupt could I get another and how?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as well as a good leaning experience.

windows wont search for updates
I have been trying for months to get my computer to search for windows updates.I have windows 7 Home Premium.And it will search and search for hours and keepon searching.And doesnt get no updates.I've heard windows 7 has been having those windows updtae search problems for awhile.Cant remember where i heard that at.I would like to update my computer with the latest updates.But Nothing i do helps.I have tried offline updates and nothing seem to work.I have did tone of research on google and come up with nothing.So this post is my last resort.I dont know what else to do.
