I have a hp desktop running win7 prem 64bit. When I connect my new lg cell phone , a pop up appears saying " installing device driver software" and then another saying"device driver software not successfully installed". I've downloaded a driver from lg's site, rebooted both pc and phone and reconnected with no sucess.Any help would be appreciated.
