hey guys, im having some trouble with my admin account on my laptop. my computer has 2 accounts, an admin and a secondary, i never use the admin but im always on the secondary, the other day i tried to download something that required admin permission, so i typed the password that i know for sure is correct, and it says unable to find 'name of document'' please chack spelling and try again or somehting along those lines. so then i tried logging into the admin accout just to check and it says user profile service failed to logon, user profile cannot be loaded, what can i do? thanks alot
