Its an HP Paviion p7-1414, i have a startup and setup password, a few months ago i noticed that my setup password wouldn't work. As a technician, i have about 10 of my own computers, i know for sure what i set the password to because I always use the same and ive been in it before.

Along with that, i tried both jumpers, and removing the CMOS battery for about 2 weeks, and all ic an do is reset the settings, but not the passwords.

I did have a warrenty up untill about a month ago, but because i dont even use the same case anymore, I cant get this fixed without paying a ton of money for the garbadge that i alredy bought.

Other then either of the jumpers, or removing the CMOS battery, or both, or any combination of the two, is there anyway to clear the **bleep** Setup password? Because I can not. I even tried to flash the BIOS, but im having issues finding any sort of firmware for it. It has a MSI MS-7778 Motherboard  http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/OSandSW

Apparently im not allowed to talk to HP at all without possibly being charged for it or some crud, thats why im asking this community.
