About a day before posting this my family PC failed to boot. When the PC could not fix the problem I created a backup using Cyberlink recovery manager and then reset the PC.
Now I have got back into windows I tryed to put the backup back onto the PC.
The recovery manager runs for about an hour but the crashes. It processes the backed up files but the overall progresss never changes (stays at 0%).
The PC that i reset was running Win 7 64bit.
have also tryed to put the backup onto another PC (running win 8 64bit).
