The product is: HPE-372f and the operating system is Windows 7.
This past weekend I used the assistant. I received a message that there was an updated version of the assistant. I clicked yes to install. The installation crashed.
I then downloaded the latest HP Support Assistant and tried to install however I keep getting the follow errors. Would anyone have any solutions? Thanks
