I think my computer may have malware on it and I sometimes get the blue screen of death. I don't keep anything important on this computer so I'm okay with everything getting deleted. From what I understand, a factory reset will restore the computer to the day I first purchased it, so I think it would remove malware. I just wanted to get some more information on the subject.
