...my Support Assistant just brings up an empty window when i click the HP Compatibility Check button: the Microsoft button works fine.
My PC is a stock 700-060ea, Product number: E5F24EA#ABU running Win 8 64-bit. I don't know why the Support Assistant no longer works properly but I would like to know if it's safe to upgrade to Win 8.1. I notice that the latest 800s are shipped with 8.1.
Anyone help please? Thank you.
