just bought a new comp, installed video card from old computer into new computer...now when I log off from Windows 8 as a user (not shutting computer off) the monitor shuts off but the computer is still running, have to do a "hard reboot" to get monitor back but it happens everytime...any help of getting this right would be awesome, window 8 o/s and is an HP 500-023w, video card is ATI Radeon 4600 series...i have some computer knowledge...but if you dumb it down as much as possible, would also be VERY helpful...thanks a bunch...also cant find driver for this video card (would be a perk but can use without driver as it still works as is)
