I have a brand new HP pavillion 500-123ea and earlier today I turned it on and it came up with the HP loading screen for about 2 seconds and then the screen turns black and a cursor pops up and can be moved but it doesn't seem to do anything. I have tried resetting the computer multiple times but keeps doing the same thing. Can anyone HELP?
