Network Issues and Restore Problems!

Hello,

I recently downloaded "AVG PC Tuneup 2014" and cleaned out my computer with it. After cleaning it out my network had complexly stopped working. I click on the network tab on the desktop screen and it says "No connections are available". I click the Troubleshoot button and it says "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem". I then thought of going to the "Recovery" Tab and select "Refresh Your PC without affecting your files". I clicked it and it says "There was a problem refreshing your PC" then under it "No changes were made". I clicked the "Check for solutions to this problem" button and it doesn't work as well. I'm very clueless of what to do. I've don't everything I could but have found no solutions. Can you please help me?
