I do not know if I am posting this in the right place, but my question is:
Is there a way to get filters for the photo editing program that came with my Windows 8?
I think I had a program on my old computer - Windows 6 I believe - that had filters and I thought it was an HP program. Could this be right or maybe it was another free program. Does anyone know of a free program that has filters for photo editing.
