Problem with BiosConfigUtility.exe

Hello there

I got a strange problem with the BCU.

i made a script that sets fallwoing settings: 

English
EFI Boot Order
      USB Floppy/CD Disabled
      ATAPI CD-ROM Drive Disabled
      USB Hard Drive Disabled
Legacy Boot Order
      Network Controller
      Hard Drive
      USB Floppy/CD Disabled
      ATAPI CD-ROM Drive Disabled
SATA Emulation
      IDE
      RAID
      *AHCI

i start the script with : biosconfigutility.exe /set:"BootOrder.txt"

Now it behaves very strange.. everytime i run this script it just does something different in the legacy bootorder. Sometimes it sets the HD to the first place, sometimes its Network on the first position.  ATAPI CD-ROM Drive Disabled is never disabled.

I need to create a script via batchfiles etc. that will be spread on the PCs in our network, to make the biosconfiguration consistently.

But i cant spread this if it behaves different everytime i run it.. can anybody help pls?
