Recovery Discs

Hi

Im wondering where i can get recovery discs for my compaq SG3_250UK

I cant see to find the recovery partition and it wont let me create on from a file someone posted as i need the exchange 2003 file which i cant so anything with cos its over 500 gb.

Really need help.
I contacted hp and the offered me smart service to get rid of any viruses but i just want to wipe it.
