Trying to DL data off a PCTown desktop running Windows 98 using HP v125w 64GB thumb driive

Hi,

I am trying to put about 12GB on a HP thumb drive from an old PCTown desktop. The computer is running windows 98 and does recognize the drive but when it searches for a driver it can't find one that works. I don't have internet access...can anybody help?
