After formatting my hard drive, I cant see the option to enter the BIOS/UEFI firmware anymore. It has disappeared from the troubleshoot under Windows 8.1. It happened because I had to reinstall Windows because I wanted to put Windows on the SSD drive I fitted. First tried transferring the Windows files from the HDD that went successful but my problem was trying get the HP BIOS to get it to boot it, there was no option like I seen in other BIOS to select the name of the SSD drive and just enable it for 1st boot, (the SSD was installed correctly to as it showed in BIOS on some other things and showed in windows to) the only thing it had in this BIOS was a boot order menu so I dragged the SSD to first boot. Restarted windows and it wouldn't boot from SSD still, so I put it in legacy mode this came up with my SSD info to boot first, but when I saved those settings and restarted Windows it said failed disk or cant find windows. So that's how I got to where I am now and had to reinstall Windows to get it working again. Just cant seem to find away to get the BIOS/UEFI option on the windows 8 troubleshoot menu anymore???
