trying to recover a old hp system that is running XP there is a recovery section on the hard drive there is no hp tools visted under programs so I can not find how to start hp pcsystem recovery.I have tried f10 and f11 durning restart time and that bring up the recovery screen.,is there somehow I can go into the recovery program an get it to start or any suggestion anyone may have I will try. Iam trying to recover a hp pc over the phone for a person that know almost nothing about a pc plus this one was given to her. thanks Paul
