System Recovery--Replace Files in Proper Place

HP Pavilion p6620f.  WIN 7.  I had a crash.  Had to do a System Recovery and restore to Factory Settings.  Consequently, I lost all of my programs.  However, I did a Backup to DVD's when asked.  When I tried to unscramble the 68 (.wim) backup files (some on each of the three DVD's), it kept failing to complete.  It failed at 29% three times in a row at the same *wav file.  I then put all three DVD's in the same Folder and again it kept failing, this time at 69% at the same *.MDB file.  I then unscrambled all of the (*.wim) files with 7-ZIP.  It appears that everything is present in the System Recovery folder, but..........How do I get them sorted back in proper positions?  Is this even possible?  Each of the 68 files are now included in a separate Folder as (0.wim) becoming (C:/SystemRecovery/D-OS/filename) and (1.wim) becoming (C:/SystemRecovery/D-OS/filename)  etc. 68 times.

Once more:  Main question is how do I put them back in their ORIGINAL position on the C: drive before the crash?  Is this even possible?  If not, I need to do a lot of unwanted reloading of my software.  I am thankful that the system is now operational even though not complete like it was.  Thanks for any help with this looooong problem.
