Hello,
I have an HP Pavilion Slimline with Model# s5150t and Product # NY806AV#ABA. The OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with SP1. The device manager lists "HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR Wireless Technology" as the bluetooth radio. But I also notice that there is an "Unknown device" which I believe belongs to some bluetooth component.
This probably happened when I tried updating to the latest Broadcom bluetooth drivers and then uninstalled it and re-installed the original factory-installed HP bluetooth drivers. How can I get rid of the "Unknown device" listing?
I have the following Hardware Device ID's listed for the above components:
HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR Wireless Technology:
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21B0&REV_0157
USB\VID_0A5C&PID_21B0
Unknown Device:
BTH\MS_BTHPAN
Under the "Device Status" window it says: "No drivers are installed for this device."
Uninstalling and re-installing the bluetooth stack did not make a difference. So how do I get the proper drivers?
Thank you for your help!
