Hello all I have a HP Pavillion Elite HPE-477c it's OS is a Windows 7 64-bit PC. When I first got it home about 3 days later the mother board died on me so I called HP. They sent me a box fixed the problem and sent it back. In the mean time I upgraded the vid card to a RADEON HD6770. For about a year everything worked fine. Then I began to have system issues. I used the PC's disk to check for errors and also took it t bestbuy and had them test it as well. All signs pointed to my hard drive starting to fail so I bought a new 1T Seagate same that I have in the PC ordered the disk from HP and got this message, "The system recovery discs do not support this computer". I rechecked the software build and the instead of HP sending me the disk for build:10NAFMRW603 they sent me the build for 10NAFMRW601. I called HP and they told me that the last number didn't matter. If it doesn't matter why isn't working yet? Any help would be appreciated.
