Hi, i am pretty Technologically illiterate so i would like to make sure i made my recovery media correctly, I have HP H8-1214 and ordered a new video card and power supply. My plan is to format my computer when i install them to clear all of the useless junk and bring it back to factory specs and start fresh.
I also figured before i do that now would be the time to create my recovery media jus in case, so i used recovery manager, put it ona thumb drive, everything seemed to work fine, so if my hdd ever went down im now covered? This is all i would need? What kind of unnerves me is that when i check the files properties on the thumb drive it says it is only 350 MB, even though it told me i would need 14.8gb of free space while my Flash had 15.1 free, also seems absurd for how long it took, so i am just double checking if you all would be so kind and set my mind at ease!
