It seems that after I upgraded windows to 8.1 earlier this year our card reader no longer works. I've tried using our camera's usb cable, and our computer still will not recognize the sd card. We have a Pavilion p6-2327c. I am fairly certain we just need to download the driver, but I'm not sure where to find the driver link to download this device again. Please help we have 3 full sd cards full of our beautiful girls, and I can't get them on to our computer. :( I've also tried the hp scan for devices on this (meaning same website we are on to post to the forum), but when I click on scan my product nothing happens. I'm losing my mind! Please help.
