My HP Pavilion Slimline s7510 came loaded with a program called Sonic DigitalMedia v7, which I use for backing up files on a USB hard drive. Unfortunately a problem has arisen which stops this program running and produces the following error message:
"All your drives are set to disabled. On this operating system, in order to start Sonic DigitalMedia v7 you must physically remove your drive(s) or enable at least one drive".
As far as I can see the computer is operating normally in all other respects.
Please can anyone suggest what may be wrong and how to identify / rectify the fault?
