Problems with sytem recovery and program installation

I've been having problem with my harddrive to the point that I can't start my computer properly and had to do a system recovery. I get the screen which says "This product is covered by one or more of the following patents" and at the bottom "No bootable device - insert boot disc and press any key" I ordered system recovery discs from Best2serve, got four system recovery  discs and three supplemental  recovery discs.

First I insert disk 1:4 and it tells me to insert supplemental disc I continue to do so and can't continue because I get the message "the hard drive of this computer is smaller than the original shipped hard drive. The recovery process cannot continue" that's weird because I didn't change the harddrive, I've been using the harddrive that came built in within my PC.

I turn off my computer and this time I use all the recovery discs 1:4 2:4 3:4 and 4:4 took around 2-3 hours and I get to this screen that says something in the line of: program installation will now start  and it will take around 3 hours to complete, hit "next" to continue, I press next and my PC restarts and I get the same screen with " No bootable device - insert boot disc and press any key" I mean wow after 6 hours ( I tried twice) I get the same screen that I started with, WTH with all the waiting if it didn't even do anything...
