when i try to open the windows app store it sticks on the green screen as if its trying to load but never does and freezes on the green screen. also the store process in task manager starts running 100% of my 4 cpu's yet the store app is not running or even loaded and is causing my Pavillion g6 to overheat. the store worked a few months ago but have not been on it for a while so it may have happened after an update but im not sure. i have tried running the windows store troubleshooter app and have also cleared the cache, set the time with microsoft time server, made sure my sign in details are correct and the display adapter drivers are up to date. tried with microsoft support but they kept telling me to do the things i had already done which did not help at all. any ideas of whats happening?
