Dear HP, I just had the unfortunate experience of having to re-install Windows 7, but not via the recovery option as this failed to work. It seems my PC works except for some drivers, including the ethernet drivers. Deprived of internet it is very difficult to get any updates and other drivers. I am currently working from my sister’s PC hoping to fix the issue soon. Specifications:
