I get the following message when trying to upgrade my drivers for the Photosmart C8100. I have downloaded the drivers and have a CD same error message both times. New Compute Dell desktop.
Cannot past to this message. But in essence it is a Runtime Error. If someone would provide me an email address I would be happy to paste the screen shot to an email.
