I am using an HP Pavilion Elite 150f desktop, I uninstalled HP support assistant because it was not working, I kept getting a serious error message and this application needs to close (1602), I reinstalled it using device manager but it just has a blue circle spinning around on it and will not show my product # or serial # as it did before.
Also windows updates always fail to install updates for nVidea GeForce230, it came pre installed on my desktop, I also get a message saying to uninstall it as the driver for it is interfering with my PC entering sleep mode, Device NVidea GeForce230, NVIDEA WINDOWS Kernal mode driver version 335.23.
I cannot get my computer to go into sleep mode.
I have no idea what version of support assistant I am using but when I did try to download it from HP web site it said I did not have enough system resources, which is dumb because I have very little installed on this computer and with a 1 terabite HD it should take a lot.Any idea would be appreciated.
