After start up I get the messsage App Data\Roaming\new next.me\nengine.dll Not found. As a result the system freezes each time it accesses a new screen after a start up. How do I reinstate this software? I have a recovery disk which i made when I acquired the PC in 2007 but no instructions on how to use it.
