wifi device not available

I have a HP Pavillion Elite 367. It has a Ralink Wireless Utility. Everytime that I click on the Utility, I am greeted with, "Wifi Device Not Available." The only option that I am offered when trying to connect to the internet is Broadband or Dial up. When I check my computer device's, a wireless card does not appear.  Any thoughts or ideas how to fix this will be most appreciated.
