For Win 8.1 I have download the the latest HSPCA (SP64126) in order to install and check for updates to the System HP Quad Envy.
When double-clicking the app it requests if I should want to overwrtie the folder to which I replied yes.
Nothing happens after this. There is nothing indicating an install. Nor is there in Programs a HPSA listed to uninstall. I have run MS fixit to find the app and it too finds nothing to fix.
What can I do to install the app
