hello I am using an Hp Pavalion 64 bit windows 7 computer. I restored my computer back to factory specifications and it appears that I no longer have service pack one installed on it. To confirm this I right clicked on computer at the start menue selected properties and a the top of the window where it is written. Windows Edition Windows Home Premium and the rest of Windows copy right information. Services pack one no longer is there. I am asking if this sounds fimilar to anyone. Can anyone also please show me where I can get service pack one and if by some slim chance if service pack one is installed on my computer can it damage it if I download it agian. Please any advide.
