Hi. I have a C7280 series printer. I have downloaded HPPsdr, HPSupportSolutionsFramework, PS_AIO_02_Net_Full_Win_WW_140_408
it comes up with a run time error....wants to terminate. I am running windows 8.1.
What do I need to do to fix it.
