Advice for asking the

I ordered hp desktop on 12-2-13. Before the month of dec. was over I asked about sending it back. The only response I got was e-mails eating up time. Now they say I cannot send back because warranty has run out. If I could have returned then it would have solved problem . Now they want me to pay to get help because they say warranty was only 90 days!!!!
Will not recommend hp to anyone. Buyer beware!!!!
