We bought 6 HP Pro 3500 D8D40UT#ABA Desktop PC
As a matter of fact when we try to get support for it on your page the system says that can't find such product. So we had no choice but to use the pre buy support option and this forum as well.
Now; The description says it comes with Windows 8, downgradable to Win 7. Not true. It comes with Win 7 default and 3 recovery DVDs. We tried to use the DVDs to upgrade the OS to Win 8 starting with disc no. 1 but the system keep asking for another media where the windows 8 installation supposed to be.
Its been a real nightmare trying to get suport for this product and even worse trying to upgrade to Win 8 as we were promissed.

Now; What we need is very simple HP
WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO UPGRADE THIS PC TO WINDOWS 8 as we were told. HOW DO WE DO IT?
Is anybody else having this problem? Are you shipping the wrong software with these PCs And can you help us please?
