HP 110 016 that I just bought. My search assistant is stuck on the welcome page. I think I got into it once then had to return computer to factory because of something I did that was an issue. I have upgraded to 8.1 and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have also installed from 2 different HP sites while I was looking for help. The tiles are stuck behind the welcome screen and next does not work. any idea of what else to try. I really need this (I think) since windows 8 is like taking physics in 3rd grade to me right now. Any advise is welcome
