Inserting my backed up data files after system has been restored

I have a four-year-old HP Pavilion Desktop p6226f and am using Windows 7. A few days ago, I had to restore my PC to factory conditions. I backed up my data files through the process in the Recovery Manager, onto 3 DVDs. 

Is there a utility on my computer that handles the process of inserting my files back onto my computer?
