Yesterday I ordered a Pavilion 500-268ea for collection today and, yes, I know I should've done my research first, but it looks like downgrading from Win8.1 to Win7 is not as easy as I imagined (no MicroSoft updates on downgrades, drivers not working, etc.).
Before I start thinking about cancelling/returning my order, is there any assistance anyone can offer please?
