While perusing a website and trying to get the screen to move from left to right unsucessfully, I exited said website and discovered that my start-up button (the one with the windows icon) and the icons/items associated with it, that use to be from left to righ, horizontally on the bottom of my screen are now on the right hand side from top to bottom vertically. How do I get it back to its original location??? Please and thank you for your help. I don't like/want it this way. 
I am sure it is simple but I am very limited in my knowledge when it comes to this stuff.
