WinTv 7 won't load anymore

I have the following computer

Model #: 800-070st

Product #: D6M13AV#ABA

Software Build #: 13AM2RC8602#SABA#DABA

I use the Hauppauge WinTV software that came with my computer along with the  factory installed TV tuner.  The WinTV software won't load anymore.  The splash screen comes up and leaves the nothing.  How do I get it working.  I tried applying the update and that didn't fix it either.
