Because I set up Windows Server 2003 R2 on the PC HP Pavillon 500-162 L, it occur the dump "Death Blue Screen".

Hi i am getting the dreadedhard disk error, 3f2 prompting me to test the hd. Once i try it tells me smart check not installed, and long dst not installed. When i exit the menu says cant find any op system on your hd, message 3f0. Thx
My Windows 7 Home Premium system crashed and factory reset performed. All programmes and files were backed up to external disk using HP recovery and backup. System recovered and backed up WIM files recovered to desktop into "system recovery files shortcut" and they are present on my "C" hard drive.
Question: How do I open them and restore everything to its original location.
I just was given an HP Pavillion Elite m9040n with a Q6600 CPU, ge force graphics card and two 500GB HDD's.
When I start it up it seems to be ok the HP blue screen comes on goes to OS boot and displays "starting Windows" on the screen along with the windows logo. and then it goes to black with just the cursor on the screen. (Vista) So I know BIOS is ok, graphics are ok windows starting.
I went into F11 system HP recovery and it seems to think all is well......Very confused any Ideas?

my company went out of business and i have this computer left over from the company, how do i get recovery disks? i do not have the administrator password for the computer.
Before Windows 10 upgrade,I could hold my cusor to the right of my screen and I would be shown options for turning off or putting my computer to sleep. After upgrade,I am unable to get this option to drop down. How do I turn off my computer or put it in sleep mode ?

I have an HP Envy Phoenix and the motherboard failed. It'll take 2 weeks for service and I need data from the HD. Can I pull the drive and insert it in another HP Pavillion and access data?
Re; the back up disk you helped me create; Turns out that about 40 gigs were the O.S. back up while 16-20 gigs were a back up boot drive. My question is this: Since both are on the same 64 gig flashdrive and the O.S. was imaged 1st, If I ever have to use the back up for just the boot drive do I have to reinstall both drives, or can I skip over the O.S back up and just reinstall the boot drive? My mum has a Packard Bell M3871. Recently she had a problem that she would turn on the computer and the date would go to 1/1/2011 and not all startup applications wanted to boot up like the antivirus etc. I decided to restore the system to factory settings. Worked fine. The next day the date went back to 2011 and i wasn't able to use the internet as it said the connection is not private and it was recommended to install updates. So i waited a few hours while it was searching for updates and no sucess. Keeps on searching and cannot find anything. I even tried upgrading to windows 10 but the installation get's stuck at 99% and after a manual restart windows 7 loads as normal.
Any help is highly appriciated! 
I got this computer at a garage sale. Scary I know. I want to reformat it for a friend. I keep the operating system. My friend needs to learn how to use computers. He has decided to go back to school and get his ged & wel... nevermind anyway. I turned on the computer and I get stuck at the log on screen. I don't know the password or username? I tried F10 & F8 series of step by step walk throughs, that I found on line. They did not work; or I did not do them right ?!? I would appreciate the help. Hello. I've lost original Windows 7 image which was installed when i bought a pc. And now i can not recover Windows 7. I have a product key on my system block. So i want you to help me to download the original image of windows 7 and recover it with my product key.
I did not have to before. Now every time i log in it states it does not know password and I have to add each time.
I went to Recover to go back in time but that did not fix problem. I am only that uses pc dont want any passowrd. 
It's difficult to sign in on my hp notebook/laptop and, when the desktop finally appears, I'm unable to use any of the icons.
