Mouse has a mind of it's own
This all started about a month ago and I'm at a loss. I've updated the dirvers and set it back to factory settings and it's still doing this...The mouse just has a mind of it's own. To the point where the PC is useless until it's been on for atleast an hour and the curser stops jumping around. And even then it does stop continuosly jumping it still opens random pages/emails. And won't let me control it. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to solve the problem?

op sys changed from 64bit to 32bit after hard drive crash
The harddrive crashed in my p7-1235 pavilion desktop (amd a8-5500 apu with 8 gb ram, 64 bit win 7). I replaced it with a blank hitachi 1tb drive, same as the one that crashed. used windows 7 home premium 64 bit dvd to reinstall op sys. however when it completed it changed the op sys to 32 bit now my usable ram is down to 2.5 gb how do i get my 64 bit op sys back? I've reinstalled it twice same results

How do i find out my 'SETUP' password?
I'm trying to download alpha console but after downloading it asks for me to input a setup password. I don't know this password and I dont know how to find it. Someone please help!

Reset Password
Someone set up this computer for me and did not write down the password. I do NOT have a password reset disk. I have ever used the computer so I was just going to reset the computer and after about an hour it gave me a message stating that it could not be reset and that no changes were made. Is there anyway to get the password recovered and/or any help on why it will not let me do a complete reset?

Windows 10 update installs display driver that will not work
Every time that Windows 10 does an auto update it installs a new display driver which will not work with this machine. The problem manifests itself as not being able to come back from sleep mode. The PC starts OK but nothing on the display although sometimes I get coloured vertical lines flashing. A full off/on restart is required to get things working again.
Can HP provide a fix for this issue please as it very annoying having to roll back the display driver every time there is an update.

PC NO LONGER CONNECTING TO TV VIA HDMI CABLE AFTER UPGRADE
I HAVE AN HP 2000 NOTEBOOK PC AND A COUPLE WEEKS AGO THE WINDOWS 10 UPGRADE TOOK PLACE AND NOW WHEN I HOOK MY HDMI CABLE TO BOTH OF MY TV'S, I CAN'T GET IT TO CONNECT. I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE COMPUTERS AND HDMI CABLES THAT BOTH WORK SO I KNOW IT IS MY PC. I HAVE DONE TROUBLESHOOTING THAT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED AND IT STILL IS NOT WORKING.

Wireless Connection Much Slower than My Lenovo
I have a new HP Slimline Desktop PC 270-p0xx and a Lenovo Idea Centre 510. The Lenovo wireless connection beats the pants off the HP wireless connection. The Lenovo gets 41,68 Mbps Download and 5,98 Mbps upload. The HP gets 17.42 Mbps Download at best and 6.20 Upload. The HP download speed has ben as low as 11,86 Mbps.
Both machnes are on the same rlouter, The Lenovo does show a better sgnal strength than the HP even though they are both side by side.
I spent over an hour on the phone with HP Tech Support and they were unable to resokve the problem.
Does anyone have any idea why the Lenovo is so nuch faster then the HP,
