My father has the beginnings of dementia and cannot remember the email and or recovery options for his Microsoft account on our HP Pavilion desktop. Is there a way to delete his Microsoft account off of the computer without losing our pictures and other personal information on our hard drive?

BCD error when PXE Booting
Hello All
Have a number of HP Prodesk 600 G5 computers that I cannot image
Let me rephrase, cannot 'RE-image'
These computers have all been imaged via PXE Boot to SCCM for the image. They all boot up perfectly. However, since coming back to work after being furloughed for COVID they want us to reimage them. Now most are imaging just fine for a second time; however, about 20 percent of these things come up with /jBOOT/BCD errors (0x000001) when attempting to PXE Boot. Yet, reboot and they go into Windows just fine.
I've been able to rework some by decrytpting the drives but that's only about 10% of the problem children.
Any ideas would be deeply appreciated

Black screen on reboot after updating driver.
I updated the AMD graphics driver. It force rebooted the PC and now I just have a black screen that says I out not supported. The PC seems to be responsive but I can't get an image.
Attempts at booting into safe using every method I could find have proved fruitless.

System Recovery (Restore to Factory Condition) Not working
One day I tried to uninstall the webcam. After that when I tried to restart my PC, it was no more working. Since I needed it urgent, I tried to Restore my PC to its Original Factory Condition. But every time I try to do the factory condition, at the end it shows complete but it never restarts. It only shows Shut down option. Note that, my wireless keyboard was not working and I was using a dell keyboard.

Windows 10 2004 version not showing up for download and install?
I have 6 computers. I have updated 5 of them to Window 10 version 2004 successfully. I keep checking for the update on the 6th computer but it's never available for download and install. (By-the-way, all my Windows 10 computers are the "Home" version)
I click on the windows icon/settings/Update & Security and then I click on the "Check for updates" button. It searches but never comes up with the newest version for me to update. I had read somewhere that Microsoft was going to make sure all Windows 10 where updated to the newest version by the end of July.
Is there another way to get this update?

Desktop inactive for over a year. Will not switch on now
My Desktop has been inactive for over a year.
When I switch on, a (pencil-thin) light comes on in the tower as well a small light below it, comes on for a few seconds.
The fan also seems to come on for a few seconds. Then it switches off. The monitor shows "Going to sleep"
There is still a low humming sound there.
I am not a tech person, and only have very limited knowledge of computers. Please advise me.

Hello, I got a VISUS ALERT that popped up on my screen earlier, and now the only person that's left in the office toi help me can hardly understand and talk English!!
I've had this happen b4 to me and I know it's a simple fix, and I haven't touched anything since it happened, the guy at HP Support India told me to go to HP Community and said I really hope someone there can help you.

Blue screen after cloud recovery
I got a blue screen after using the cloud recovery for my HP Z840, everything went very smooth till I was able to login and check the device manager to find some items are getting !,? signs and being resolved one by one. After those items were automatically installed, BAM)). blue screen!
